Ladriz kills guide
This guide will give you hints on how to defeat tough monsters a
little easier or which monsters are best suited for your level.
Big kills
Maxim:
From bays go 2n, 4e, se, 4s, 2e, 4s. Just start killing, but when Maxim gets down to 300 to 200 hp he gets
a 150-200+ hit special. He also has a heal special. Pretty tough but not too bad.
He will also block queries, so bring a remote health monitor.
Killing Maxim will get you an adornment.

Zed Hathersby: 2n, east until you come to a bridge. N all the way,
get key. South until bridge, w all the way, 3n, enter hatch, ladder, ladder, w,
3s, 3w, s. You must have the key to enter the door. You will at Zed Hathersby's.
He is pretty tough. 700 hp, hits twice per round. He can spray fog into the air and hit
about 8 times in a row, inflicting a lot of damage. Make sure to run when he uses it.
Kill him and you will get the main armour of the
F.O.G. set.

Lersizan:
Part of the Ladriz University mission.
To get her award, you have to fight her without an implant, meaning you will have to
find the clues to the pedestal puzzle blind.
Fortunately, when you get to the pedestals, if you have already seen the clues, they will be
reflected in the long description for each pedestal (triangle, square, pentagon, hexagon).
This means you can use an alias to check for all the clues. The following alias starts in the
Ladriz bays, then checks all the clues, and ends up at the first puzzle in the Student Union:

Lersizan is a challenging kill, with three specials:

There's a 12 % chance she will use her plasma ray-gun at you and cause 30 hp worth of damage!

There's an 8 % chance she will heal herself 40 points.

There's a 33 % chance she will blast you with omega rays and do 110 hp worth of damage!
With these specials, and her relatively high WC, you should run when you have around 200-250 hp, or even higher.
Expect to heal a lot, you can use the sober in the chapel on Ladriz, which is:
u, s, out, 3w, s, 2w, sw, 2w, n, 4e, se, 4s, e, n from the LGUSU basement
(the room south of where Lersizan is). To get back to the basement from the chapel, go
s, w, 4n, nw, 4w, s, 2e, ne, 2e, n, 3e, enter, n, d.
Killing Lersizan will give you an adornment
and the shimmering rose-coloured ring.
